Overall experience
I learned a lot in the last few months. A lot about the topics within Cultural Diversity. A lot about myself in society. I felt like I've been given the opportunity to discover me in the body I'm given within society as well as in the work field of a social worker.
It was a journey with ups and downs. Falling and getting up again. sometimes due to personal circumstances other times due to school work. This is a part of life so it ain't a bad thing. Work is never done 100% flawless the first time. But in the end, I'm proud, proud of the game we delivered. Proud of the way we have been discussing topics at the high school and proud because they will be using the game even when we end this minor. I think our personal goal is achieved.
Thanks to my amazing group I've worked with who were always ready to work and always listening to each other. I'm grateful for all the experiences within the Cultural Diversity minor.
Thank you fellow students, Thank you Jan, Thank you Teana and Thank you, Amy!
