Clara's Workshop

Clara’s workshop was the first step concrete step in my own cultural diversity journey.
Through this kick off experience I started this journey with a refreshed point of view.

I became really aware of how many times I listen to someone because I want to respond. Instead of listening to someone as just listening. It became clear how hard just listening actually is.

For me this was a great thing to keep in mind for the next couple of months. Something to be aware of for myself but also in my surroundings.
